Is the Bible in parables? What are end time events? Has judgment begun?

Is a parable an "earthly story with a heavenly meaning" ? Is it truly a lesson related to earthly Jerusalem to be understood only by heavenly Jerusalem and, as such, must be interpreted/expounded/revealed spiritually by the Holy Spirit? Is this how the Bible defines it? Let's see....

Dark Sayings/Things Kept Secret
Ps 78:2 I will open my mouth in a parable <04912>: I will utter dark sayings <02420> of old:

Mt 13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Ro 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
27 To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen
Ps 49:4 I will incline mine ear to a parable<04912>: I will open my dark saying <02420> upon the harp.

Hidden Things
1Co 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
Re 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
Isa 45:3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
Isa 48:6 Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.

Dark Speeches
Nu 12: 7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches <02420>; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
2Co 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.


A Riddle
Eze 17:2 Son of man, put forth a riddle <02420>, and speak a parable<04912> unto the house of Israel;

Jud 14:12 And Samson said unto them, I will now put forth a riddle <02420> unto you: if ye can certainly declare it me within the seven days of the feast, and find it out, then I will give you thirty sheets and thirty change of garments:
Jud 14:14 And he said unto them, Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days expound the riddle <02420>.


Dark Sentences
Da 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences <02420>, shall stand up.

Hard Questions
2Ch 9:1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to prove Solomon with hard questions <02420> at Jerusalem, with a very great company, and camels that bare spices, and gold in abundance, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart.

A Proverb
Hab 2:6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting <04426> proverb <02420> against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!
